What I'm Reading - October

Sunday School is only an hour per week and vacation bible school (if its available) is just a week a year. These times are great for building community and hearing the stories of Jesus. But what about the time in between? How do we fit this in with busy schedules? Where do we as parents and caregivers even begin?

How do we grow as disciples of Jesus as a family?

How do we have conversations about our faith on the car ride home from school or daycare?

What do we do to make holidays special?

What does God have to say for us after a long day?

What do I say when the child I care for asks the hard questions?

This kind of book really helps develop a faithful mindset that helps guide these conversations and I love it. As always, if you want to try before you buy, you can borrow my copy.
