Cardio Chair: This fun and invigorating class is perfect for those seeking a low-impact workout. Set to upbeat music, participants will enjoy a variety of exercises while seated, improving balance, mobility, and strength. It's a fantastic way to build endurance and enhance overall fitness while having a blast!
Build a Better You! Bootcamp: For those looking for a more challenging workout, this high-energy bootcamp class is sure to get your heart pumping. Utilizing resistance bands and minimal equipment, participants will work through dynamic circuits designed to increase strength, cardio, balance, and agility.
