Pride Celebrations Rearranged

Well, it looks like Mother Nature decided to rain on our parade. Due to the rain expected this evening and the already waterlogged festival grounds, the organizers had to make the difficult decision to postpone the Pride Parade and Festival. This news is a bit of a washout, and we're just as bummed as you are. We were really looking forward to a day of vibrant celebration, but safety always comes first!

Don't drizzle with disappointment just yet! We're still full of pride for our community and we're still hosting our Ecumenical Pride Worship Service this Sunday!

Join us at Eastport United Methodist Church (926 Bay Ridge Ave. Annapolis, MD 21403) for this year's Ecumenical Pride Worship Service. The theme is "Growing in Pride. Growing in Community," and it's going to be a truly special time. We'll gather for a powerful time of prayer and celebration with attendees from at least 14 other area churches.

So, while the parade might be underwater, our spirits certainly aren't! We hope to see you there at 3 PM on Sunday. May the rain nourish us to grow in community together!
