Donations conclude this Saturday for #JustOneSweater. Our church has been one of the most generous donators. Together with 6 other collection sites, we have gathered 5000 sweaters, hoodies, and warm coats. This weekend we shift to sorting all the donations at Pip Moyer Recreation Center. We need volunteers who are comfortable standing to sort at distanced tables on the pickleball courts of Pip Moyer. All donations will be distributed on Saturday Nov. 28.
The EUMC collection of winter outerwear − warm hoodies and sweaters − to donate to #JustOneSweater is going well. We believe that if everyone donated #JustOneSweater, and they are redistributed to our neighbors in need, then our community will be warm this winter. The infrastructure is set up so that #JustOneSweater does regular pick up at EUMC. The #JustOneSweater volunteer comes to the EUMC parking lot and church office collection coolers weekly to pick up donations. Storag
