Hymn – Emmanuel, Emmanuel
The simple lyrics remind us that God is revealed in us. Even though God has many names…one of God’s names is Emmanuel – God with us. The God who was distant is now close. What does it mean for us that God chose to be this close, this kind of love?
Prayer: God of Love, thank you for not being silent. Thank you for revealing yourself over and over and over again. Amen.
