Thanksgiving Jam

We were so glad to host Creating Communities Thanksgiving Jam on November 18th. Their crew of 14 people safely distributed more than 100 Thanksgiving meals feeding nearly 500 people. Rob Levit did a great job preparing and training the staff.

The Capital Gazette covered the event and quoted Pastor Chris "I am absolutely overjoyed that people are coming together with creativity and compassion to care for their neighbors," “A lot more intentionality is poured into what we do now, to make sure people are welcomed and cared for in spite of so many restrictions.”
